These are the list of corps/alliances that we carry blue standings with in EMPIRE, not 0.0. The 0.0 blue standings list is based off the Wicked Creek TCF List.
Here is the list as follows:
All Dark Blue or w/e you wana call it are to not be shot at.
All light blues can be shot except TCF.
Of course if we are attacked by any of the above groups we will respond with hostile action and change standings for EMPIRE accordingly.
